This FREE app promises to make exercise fun by turning it into a game for the iPhone. The goal here is to help users increase their overall fitness by squeezing in short, fun, interactive exercises into their regular daily routine. The exercises are combined with adventure games that you can play with Facebook friends (or you can play solo) and then share your progress and track your achievements. There are low, medium and high difficulty levels and currently 105 instructional videos, plus 10 adventures to choose from.
